Now she is a mum and her daughter has stepped into her footsteps allowing mum to semi retire from the ring.

She is a elegant-moving Basenji, that can have her moods.

In the show ring she can show like a dream one day, and the next day be a bitch.

She knows she only has to look at me with those soft brown eyes and she gets what she wants. Either my lap or my food. She is devoted to her human mum and dad.

She loves food, but even better chasing birds-not that she catches too many, but she enjoys it.

Her daughter Gidget is now a Grand Champion.

Janie is now a grandmother as her daughter Gidget whelped three boys on 12th June 2007.We have retained Logan for the show ring. 

She is now retired from the show ring to enjoy her life as our special needs basenji.
