Jessie
is the sweetheart of the Akale pack. That’s not to say that she
can’t be as goofy and full of fun as the rest, it is just that she
often chooses not too.
Her nickname is
''Woo! Woo!'' Jessie comes up to you her tail wagging and lifts her
front legs up until they are resting on you, then she adopts a goofy
expression which is her way of say “please rub my belly”.
In return
for her belly rub (the most special of pleasures for Jessie, she
proceeds to lick your face, and talks to you with her special Woo!!
Woo!! It's So Cute!!
Because the winter is not her favourite time of the year we refer to
Jessie as ‘whippet’, cold weather is not her best friend, but the
heater is.
Jessie uses her paws expressively, using them to tell
you that she wants to be picked up or have a cuddle. When the pack
gets on the lounge she will always be last, so she can be on top.
At nine years of age Jessie is retired from the show ring.
